# We automate industrial processes that cost your team time every day.

> Custom software and AI for industry and mechanical engineering: MES integration, predictive maintenance and intelligent production processes.

We find the points where production, data and existing systems cost unnecessary time — and automate exactly those workflows.

Flagship industry with a detailed page.

## Five common pain points for industrial mid-market

- Data exists — but not where you need it: ERP, MES, machine data and Excel are separated. Reports are clicked together manually.
- Predictive maintenance stays a PoC: Because nobody takes on the integration into existing systems.
- Off-the-shelf ERP add-ons miss the special case: The part that distinguishes your business often stays manual — and becomes the daily pain.
- Quality inspection manual, documented in PDF: Stored in folders. An audit then turns into a search through scattered records.
- AI consulting was 2024 — AI integration is what you need now: But nobody states clearly who builds, who operates and who audits.

## Six areas where we work with industrial companies

- Production and ERP work with the same current data: No more manual re-entry and no Excel as intermediate storage: we connect shopfloor, MES and ERP and automate the data exchange — with Java/Spring/Kafka as backbone and OPC-UA as machine connector.
- Quality issues surface earlier: Inspection runs along automatically instead of showing up during rework. We use computer vision for visual inspection, anomaly detection on sensor data and RAG for maintenance know-how.
- Maintenance becomes more predictable: Anomalies arrive as an actionable signal in maintenance planning, not in a dashboard nobody opens. Technically: sensor streams via Kafka, models in Python, alerts into your maintenance process — including a model card for the EU AI Act.
- Planning depends less on Excel and individual knowledge: Planning happens where everyone involved can see it, instead of in spreadsheets that grew over years. We build planning tools that fit your manufacturing reality — not your Excel macros.
- Orders and approvals do not get stuck: Supplier onboarding, order confirmations and goods receipt keep moving automatically instead of waiting in inboxes — built with Camunda and document AI.
- Plant data becomes usable instead of just collected: Data from your machines is consolidated, visualised and made simulatable — as web-based dashboards with real real-time integration, up to digital twin applications.

## Four typical examples

- Production bookings flow into ERP automatically: Starting point: production books into ERP by hand, and the numbers in the office are only current the next day. We build a Kafka pipeline with an OPC-UA reader on edge, a Spring service in the cloud and the REST integration to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or ProAlpha.
- Maintenance signals reach the real maintenance process: Starting point: a PoC shows predictions, but nobody manages the integration. We deliver TimescaleDB for sensor history, the Python model as a REST service, alerts in the Camunda maintenance workflow and visualisation in a Next.js dashboard.
- Quality inspection with traceable documentation: Starting point: visual inspection is manual, error-prone and not scalable. Computer-vision model on the industrial PC, REST API with classification and confidence, persistence in PostgreSQL, audit log for auditors. EU AI Act: model card, data lineage, human oversight.
- Documents and approvals keep moving without chasing: Starting point: incoming invoices, delivery notes and order confirmations are transferred manually from PDFs. We build document AI (LangChain + OpenAI), Camunda for approvals and the integration to SAP.

## Compliance & data sovereignty for industry software

- EU AI Act (effective Aug 2026): High-risk AI in industry (e.g. machine safety components) requires conformity assessment. We deliver model card, data lineage and audit logs as standard artefact.
- NIS-2 / NISG 2026: From October 2026 many industrial mid-market companies are obliged. As software supplier we support your supply-chain compliance with documented security measures.
- Machinery Directive / CE: Software intervening in safety functions falls under Machinery Directive. We work with your TÜV/CE responsible.
- Data sovereignty: Your production know-how stays in EU data centres. On request on-premises operation or hybrid architecture.
