Frequent questions from industry projects

Can you integrate with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ProAlpha, Infor or PSI?

Yes. Via official REST/SOAP/RFC APIs, plus iDoc, BAPI or database replication. We confirm the concrete path during discovery.

We have OPC-UA machines and some Modbus. Does that work?

Yes. We combine OPC-UA readers (e.g. Eclipse Milo) with Modbus-TCP adapters, normalise data in Kafka and deliver a unified view in dashboards.

Will our production know-how stay confidential?

Yes. NDA by default, EU data centres, on-premises on request. No data goes to OpenAI or other US providers without your sign-off.

How is the price determined?

We do not quote prices upfront or as flat rates. Workshop, domain analysis and prototype are free of upfront cost. A binding fixed-price or sprint-based offer is provided only once scope, architecture and risks are clarified based on the prototype. This avoids gut-feel estimates.

Can we self-host the model (no OpenAI)?

Yes. Llama, Mistral, Phi or fine-tuned models on-premises. Alternatively Azure OpenAI in EU region with data residency.

What happens to the prototype if we decide against execution?

The discovery artefacts (architecture, domain model, risk register) belong to you — even if you choose another vendor.
